MUST DRIVE AND BE ABLE TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY
Location: Purfleet / Hybrid (with some international travel)
Reports to: Chief Experience Officer (CXO)
About the Role
We€™re looking for an organised and proactive Events Delivery Manager to help plan and deliver charter and themed cruises. You€™ll work closely with clients, ship teams, and internal departments to make sure every cruise runs smoothly and delivers a great guest experience.
This role is ideal for someone with project or event management experience who enjoys working with people, managing multiple tasks, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
What You€™ll Be Doing
* Coordinate and manage charter and themed cruise projects from planning through delivery
* Work with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all cruise requirements are met
* Keep project plans, schedules, and administration up to date
* Attend meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
* Support onboard operations during charter cruises when required
* Monitor budgets and approve project spending
* Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track
* Ensure health & safety and operational standards are followed
* Review feedback after each charter and help improve future events
* Support additional projects across the department when needed
What We€™re Looking For
* Experience in project management, event management, or charter operations
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Confident working with clients and different teams
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (project software experience is a bonus)
* Flexible to travel and occasionally work outside standard office hours
* Cruise industry experience is helpful but not essential
* French or German language skills are an advantage, but not required
