TDA Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Deputy/Registered Manager to join a solo provision home to accommodate one young person within EBD.
The home will be staffed by two staff at 2:1 ratio plus Registered Manager presence. The manager will lead a team of 6 Residential/Senior Support Workers and support will be provided by the company Therapeutic Support Phycologist.
New – No previous registration held, working towards NVQ 5. Must have a strong background in leadership within an EBD setting.
Base salary + Signing up bonus + Ofsted rating bonus
Experienced – Previous registration held for min 12 months & NVQ 5 completed.
